I’ve made my 21 days binge free calendar, anybody else fancy doing it with me?
The 21 days binge free is about cutting out all the bad foods such as fast food, chocolate, crisps, sweets, biscuits, cake, muffins, doughnuts and cookies for 21 days.
It is said that it takes 21 days to form a new habit, so by the end of this I will have broke my old habit of binging all the time, and have formed a new one of improving my healthy eating!
